Ohsee is a web context API service operated by BlazedDigital, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan. In this Privacy Policy, “Ohsee,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service and its operator.

By using Ohsee, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record/reseller. Paddle’s own privacy notices and buyer terms may apply to payment transactions.

2. Key Definitions

“Account Data” means information associated with your Ohsee account, such as email address, password hash, account settings, API keys, role, credit balance, and billing references.

“Customer Inputs” means queries, URLs, domains, prompts, schemas, monitor configurations, webhook URLs, uploaded settings, or other content submitted to Ohsee.

“Outputs” means results returned by Ohsee, including extracted content, citations, rankings, metadata, summaries, structured data, and answers.

“Usage Data” means records of how the Service is used, including endpoints used, request time, response status, credit charges, request IDs, IP address, user agent, rate-limit events, errors, and performance metrics.

“Personal Data” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.

3.4 Payment and Billing Data

Payments are processed by Paddle.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.

When you purchase credits or other paid access, we may receive limited payment-related information from Paddle, such as:

  • Product or credit package purchased
  • Purchase amount
  • Currency
  • Payment status
  • Refund status
  • Chargeback status

  • Your use complies with applicable privacy, data protection, scraping, monitoring, and source access laws
  • You do not submit data that is inappropriate for the Service

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal data, including health data, biometric data, financial account data, government identification numbers, children’s data, precise location data, or other regulated information unless you have confirmed that your use is lawful and appropriate.

Service Providers

Paddle

For purchases, refunds, tax handling, invoices, payment disputes, fraud checks, and billing support, payment-related information may be shared with Paddle.

Paddle separately processes buyer and payment information under its own terms and privacy notices.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account, API keys, applications, devices, and webhook endpoints.
