Refund Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when Ohsee credits or other paid access may be refunded.

Ohsee is available at https://ohsee.tech and uses credit-based billing. Paid purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record/reseller for applicable transactions. Refunds, where approved, are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.

By buying credits or using paid Ohsee features, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Summary

Ohsee credits are prepaid digital credits used to access API and platform operations.

Because credits provide immediate access to digital services, used credits are generally not refundable.

Unused purchased credits may be eligible for refund within the refund window described below.

Free, trial, bonus, promotional, or manually granted credits are not refundable.

2. Credit-Based Usage

Every Ohsee operation may use credits, including:

  • Search requests
  • Extraction requests
  • Structured extraction
  • Research jobs
  • Map jobs
  • Crawl jobs
  • Monitor checks
  • Monitor alerts
  • URL processing
  • Page processing
  • Source processing
  • Schema processing
  • Answer generation
  • Webhook delivery
  • Other paid operations shown in the dashboard, pricing page, API response, or documentation

Monitors are not free. Monitor checks use credits whenever they run. Additional credits may be charged when a monitor performs extraction, comparison, summarization, structured output, alert generation, webhook delivery, or related processing.

Once credits are consumed by a completed, attempted, partial, scheduled, or processed operation, those credits are generally not refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

3. Refund Window

You may request a refund for unused purchased credits within 14 days of the purchase date.

To qualify:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • The credits must be unused, or only partially used if requesting a partial refund.
  • The purchase must not be associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
  • Your account must not be suspended or terminated for serious violations of the Terms of Service.
  • The refund must be allowed by Paddle’s payment process and applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method through Paddle.

4. Unused Credits

If none of the purchased credits have been used, we may approve a full refund within the refund window.

After a full refund, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.

If the credits are no longer available in your account, a full refund may be denied or converted into a partial refund.

5. Partially Used Credits

If some purchased credits have already been used, we may approve a pro-rata refund for the unused portion within the refund window.

Used credits are not refundable.

Example:

If you buy 10,000 credits and use 2,000 credits before requesting a refund, only the remaining unused portion may be eligible for refund, subject to this policy, Paddle processing, and applicable law.

We may also deduct transaction costs, chargeback costs, discounts, taxes, currency conversion effects, fraud review costs, or other amounts where permitted by law and supported by Paddle’s process.

6. Used Credits Are Generally Non-Refundable

Credits are considered used when they are consumed by Ohsee operations.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Successful API requests
  • Partial API results
  • Failed jobs where processing was performed and credits are disclosed as chargeable
  • Research jobs that process sources
  • Crawls that discover or process pages
  • Monitors that run scheduled checks
  • Monitor checks that find no changes
  • Monitor checks that do not trigger an alert
  • Extraction or structured extraction jobs that process pages
  • Webhook payload generation or delivery attempts where chargeable
  • Any other operation that consumes credits under the published metering rules

You are responsible for configuring limits, frequency, depth, and options carefully before running credit-consuming operations.

7. Free and Promotional Credits

Free, trial, bonus, promotional, testing, manually granted, or goodwill credits are not refundable and have no cash value.

We may revoke promotional credits if we suspect fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or attempts to bypass limits.

If your account contains both purchased and promotional credits, the dashboard or internal metering system may determine which credits are consumed first.

8. Subscription-Like Plans, If Introduced

Ohsee is currently designed around prepaid credits and usage-based billing.

If subscription plans, recurring credit packages, enterprise agreements, or custom plans are introduced, refund terms for those plans may be stated separately at checkout, in an order form, or in a written agreement.

If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control for that customer.

9. Paddle’s Role in Refunds

Paddle handles payment processing and may be the Merchant of Record/reseller for your purchase.

This means Paddle may:

  • Process the original payment
  • Collect applicable taxes
  • Issue receipts or invoices
  • Process approved refunds
  • Return funds to the original payment method
  • Handle payment disputes or chargebacks
  • Apply its own buyer terms and refund processes

Ohsee may approve, deny, or recommend refunds according to this Refund Policy, but the actual refund processing may be performed by Paddle.

If Paddle requires additional verification, buyer details, transaction references, or compliance checks, your refund may be delayed or denied.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@blazeddigital.com with:

  • Your Ohsee account email
  • Paddle transaction ID or receipt reference
  • Date of purchase
  • Credit package purchased
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or details

You may also be able to contact Paddle buyer support using the information in your Paddle receipt.

We may ask for additional information to verify the account, purchase, usage, or refund eligibility.

11. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.

Refund timing depends on Paddle, your payment method, your bank, card network, currency, region, and fraud or compliance checks.

We cannot guarantee exact timing once the refund has been submitted through Paddle.

12. Taxes and Fees

If taxes were charged on your purchase, Paddle may handle tax refunds according to its own processes and applicable law.

Currency conversion fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, foreign transaction fees, and similar charges may not be refundable by Ohsee.

The amount you receive may differ from the original amount due to exchange rates, bank fees, tax rules, or payment provider rules.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or fraud claim, we may suspend your account, pause API access, revoke credits, disable monitors, or restrict future purchases while the matter is investigated.

Chargeback misuse, fraudulent refund requests, or repeated payment disputes may result in account termination.

If a chargeback is resolved in your favor, credits associated with the disputed purchase may be removed.

If a chargeback is resolved in Ohsee’s or Paddle’s favor, you may remain responsible for the purchase and any related fees where permitted by law.

14. Abuse, Fraud, and Terms Violations

We may deny refunds where we reasonably believe that:

  • The Service was abused
  • Credits were intentionally consumed before requesting a refund
  • Multiple accounts were created to obtain free credits
  • Payment information was fraudulent
  • The account violated the Terms of Service
  • The user attempted to bypass metering or rate limits
  • The user engaged in scraping, monitoring, crawling, or extraction abuse
  • The request is made in bad faith
  • The refund is prohibited by law, Paddle rules, or payment network rules

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

15. Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue, contact hello@blazeddigital.com.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Investigate the issue
  • Re-run a job
  • Restore incorrectly charged credits
  • Grant goodwill credits
  • Approve a partial refund
  • Approve a full refund where appropriate

We are not required to refund credits for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect API usage
  • Invalid URLs
  • Broken source websites
  • Third-party website blocking
  • Source content changing
  • User configuration errors
  • Incorrect monitor frequency
  • Excessive crawl limits
  • Webhook misconfiguration
  • Failure to review estimates
  • Client-side bugs in your application
  • Third-party outages outside our control

16. Enterprise or Custom Agreements

Customers with signed enterprise agreements, custom order forms, volume commitments, custom credit plans, or manual invoicing may be subject to separate refund terms.

If a separate written agreement exists and conflicts with this Refund Policy, the written agreement controls for that customer.

17. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Where mandatory law gives you greater rights, those rights apply.

18. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law, payment provider rules, fraud prevention, or security needs.

Continued use of Ohsee after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy for future purchases.
