Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ohsee, including our website at https://ohsee.tech, dashboard, APIs, documentation, playground, billing pages, usage systems, and related services.

Ohsee is a web context API service operated by BlazedDigital, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan. To keep these Terms simple, we refer to the service and operator as “Ohsee,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, generating an API key, buying credits, or using any Ohsee service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ohsee on behalf of a company, client, team, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Ohsee.

1. The Service

Ohsee provides developer tools and APIs that help software applications search, read, extract, structure, research, crawl, monitor, and return web-based context for AI agents, RAG systems, research tools, and other software products.

The Service may include, without limitation:

  • Search APIs
  • Extract APIs
  • Structured extraction
  • Research features
  • Website mapping and crawling
  • Web, domain, URL, query, topic, or competitor monitoring
  • Usage metering
  • Credit estimates
  • API key management
  • Dashboard and playground tools
  • Billing and credit purchase flows
  • Documentation, SDKs, examples, and support materials

Ohsee is not a legal, financial, medical, professional, or compliance advisory service. Outputs from the Service may include third-party content from public web sources and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular use case.

You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, legality, safety, and suitability of any output before relying on it.

2. Eligibility

You may use Ohsee only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement.

If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If you use Ohsee on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may not use Ohsee if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws, sanctions rules, export control laws, or other legal restrictions.

3. Accounts

To use most Ohsee features, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity through API keys created from your account.

You must keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly at hello@blazeddigital.com.

We may suspend or restrict account access if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, is being misused, violates these Terms, creates security risk, creates legal risk, or may harm the Service or other users.

4. API Keys

Ohsee API keys are used to authenticate programmatic access to the Service.

You are responsible for securing your API keys and must not share them publicly, expose them in client-side code, commit them to public repositories, or provide them to unauthorized users.

Any request made using your API key is treated as a request made by you.

We may revoke, rotate, limit, or suspend API keys if we reasonably believe they are compromised, abused, leaked, used in violation of these Terms, or creating risk to the Service.

You are responsible for implementing appropriate security controls in your own application, including server-side key storage, access control, rate limiting, and monitoring of abnormal usage.

5. License to Use Ohsee

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Ohsee for your internal business purposes or to integrate Ohsee into your own application.

You may use Ohsee to build software products, AI tools, internal workflows, automation systems, research tools, or other applications, provided that your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Ohsee, its software, APIs, documentation, branding, dashboards, platform logic, designs, systems, trade secrets, or other intellectual property to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Ohsee to:

  1. Violate any law, regulation, court order, contract, third-party right, intellectual property right, privacy right, or platform rule.
  2. Access, collect, process, or distribute content in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or invasive of privacy.
  3. Build, support, or improve malware, spyware, credential theft, phishing, spam, botnets, evasion systems, or other abusive systems.
  4. Circumvent website access controls, authentication systems, paywalls, rate limits, robots restrictions, anti-bot systems, or technical protections.
  5. Scrape, crawl, monitor, or extract content where you do not have the legal right or legitimate basis to do so.
  6. Use Ohsee for unlawful surveillance, profiling, harassment, doxxing, stalking, or targeting of individuals.
  7. Generate or support deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, market manipulation, or misinformation campaigns.
  8. Use outputs as the sole basis for high-impact decisions affecting a person’s employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, immigration, healthcare, legal rights, or access to essential services.
  9. Overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, attack, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  10. Bypass credit metering, rate limits, access controls, security controls, or billing systems.
  11. Resell raw access to Ohsee as a substantially similar competing service without our written permission.
  12. Misrepresent Ohsee outputs as human-reviewed, independently verified, official, or guaranteed accurate.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Customer Inputs and Outputs

“Customer Inputs” means the queries, URLs, prompts, domains, files, schemas, settings, monitor configurations, webhook URLs, or other content you submit to Ohsee.

“Outputs” means the results, extracted content, summaries, citations, structured data, rankings, metadata, answers, or other information returned by Ohsee.

You retain any rights you have in your Customer Inputs. Subject to these Terms, you may use Outputs for your own lawful business or application purposes.

You grant Ohsee a limited license to process Customer Inputs and Outputs as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, debug, improve, meter, and support the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • The legality of your Customer Inputs
  • The legality of your use of Outputs
  • Ensuring that your use of third-party web content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights
  • Reviewing Outputs before using them in production, publishing them, or relying on them
  • Ensuring your end users are informed where required by law

Ohsee does not guarantee that Outputs will be accurate, complete, current, lawful to use, non-infringing, or suitable for your use case.

8. Third-Party Content and Web Sources

Ohsee may return content, links, metadata, snippets, summaries, extracted text, citations, or other information from third-party web sources.

Third-party content belongs to its respective owners and is subject to third-party rights, restrictions, terms, and laws.

Ohsee does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, their content, their accuracy, their security, their privacy practices, or their terms.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of third-party content is lawful and permitted.

9. Credits and Usage Metering

Ohsee is a credit-metered service.

All operations on Ohsee may consume credits. This includes, without limitation:

  • Searches
  • Extractions
  • Structured extraction
  • Research runs
  • Map operations
  • Crawl operations
  • Monitor checks
  • Monitor alerts
  • URL processing
  • Source processing
  • Page extraction
  • Content ranking
  • Schema processing
  • Answer generation
  • Webhook delivery
  • Retried or continued jobs where applicable
  • Any other paid platform operation shown in the dashboard, API response, pricing page, or documentation

Monitors are not free background jobs. Monitors spend credits whenever they run. Additional credits may be charged when a monitor performs extraction, comparison, summarization, structured output, alerting, webhook delivery, or other processing.

Credit costs may vary based on endpoint, depth, volume, options selected, pages processed, sources processed, output mode, monitor frequency, and other usage factors.

Where available, Ohsee may provide estimated credit costs before a request or job runs. Estimates are informational only. Actual credits charged may differ based on redirects, failures, page availability, content size, processing requirements, retries, configuration, or other runtime factors.

The actual credits charged will be recorded in your usage history and may be returned in API responses where supported.

You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and usage.

10. Free Credits and Promotional Credits

Ohsee may provide free, trial, bonus, promotional, testing, or manually granted credits.

Free or promotional credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are not refundable
  • Are not transferable
  • May be limited by feature, region, account, time, or usage type
  • May be changed, revoked, or discontinued at any time
  • May expire if stated at the time they are granted

We may refuse to grant or may revoke free credits if we suspect abuse, duplicate accounts, fraud, automation, or attempts to bypass billing.

11. Purchased Credits

Purchased credits are prepaid digital credits used to access paid Ohsee operations.

Purchased credits:

  • Are consumed as you use the Service
  • Are not a bank deposit, stored value account, currency, security, or financial instrument
  • Do not accrue interest
  • Are not transferable unless we expressly allow it
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law or expressly allowed under our Refund Policy
  • May be subject to minimum purchase amounts, maximum balances, fraud checks, tax rules, or payment restrictions

We may update credit pricing, credit packages, feature costs, or metering rules from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively unless required for legal, fraud, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

12. Payments Through Paddle

Paid purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record, reseller, payment processor, tax handler, and billing provider for applicable transactions.

When you buy credits or other paid access through Paddle, your payment transaction is with Paddle or the applicable Paddle entity. Paddle may collect payment details, calculate applicable taxes, process payment, issue receipts or invoices, handle payment disputes, and manage payment-related compliance.

Ohsee does not collect or store your full payment card details.

Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, checkout terms, privacy notice, refund rules, tax handling, fraud checks, and payment processes.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Paddle’s terms regarding payment processing, tax collection, payment method handling, receipts, invoices, chargebacks, or Paddle’s buyer relationship, Paddle’s applicable terms may control for those payment matters.

Access to and use of Ohsee remains governed by these Terms.

13. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location, the checkout configuration, and Paddle’s handling.

Paddle may calculate, collect, and remit applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes on purchases where required.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other amounts that apply to your use of the Service or purchase of credits, except to the extent Paddle is responsible for collecting or remitting them as Merchant of Record.

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and, where applicable, Paddle’s refund process.

In general:

  • Used credits are not refundable.
  • Free or promotional credits are not refundable.
  • Unused purchased credits may be eligible for refund within the stated refund window.
  • Partially used purchases may be eligible for a pro-rata refund at our discretion or where required by law.
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating accounts may be denied refunds to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.

See the Refund Policy for details.

15. Rate Limits and Fair Use

Ohsee may apply rate limits, concurrency limits, job limits, monitor limits, crawl limits, extraction limits, result limits, or other technical limits.

Limits may depend on account type, credit balance, usage history, risk signals, endpoint, plan, or system capacity.

We may throttle, reject, queue, delay, suspend, or limit requests to protect the Service, maintain stability, prevent abuse, comply with law, or ensure fair access for other users.

Attempting to bypass limits is prohibited.

16. Monitors, Crawls, and Long-Running Jobs

Some Ohsee operations may run asynchronously, repeatedly, or over multiple steps. This includes monitors, crawls, research jobs, domain jobs, and other long-running or scheduled tasks.

You are responsible for configuring these jobs carefully, including frequency, depth, limits, webhook URLs, output options, and spend controls.

Credits may be charged as work is performed, not only when a final result is viewed.

A monitor, crawl, or long-running job may consume credits even if:

  • No useful result is found
  • No alert is triggered
  • A source changes unexpectedly
  • A page is unavailable
  • A site blocks access
  • A webhook fails
  • A partial result is returned
  • The job is canceled after processing has already started

Where available, you should use estimates, limits, caps, and dashboard controls to manage spend.

We may pause, stop, or limit long-running jobs for abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical stability, insufficient credits, or other reasonable operational reasons.

17. Webhooks

If you configure webhooks, you are responsible for providing a valid endpoint, securing it, authenticating incoming requests, validating signatures where provided, and handling retries.

You authorize Ohsee to send job results, monitor alerts, usage events, or other configured data to the webhook URLs you provide.

Ohsee is not responsible for data sent to an incorrect, compromised, expired, misconfigured, or third-party webhook URL supplied by you.

Webhook attempts, retries, payload generation, or related processing may consume credits where disclosed in the Service, pricing page, dashboard, or documentation.

18. Dashboard, Playground, and Documentation

The dashboard and playground are provided to help you test and manage the Service.

Playground requests may consume credits just like API requests unless expressly stated otherwise.

Documentation, examples, SDKs, code snippets, sample responses, and tutorials are provided for convenience. They may not reflect every possible use case and may change over time.

If documentation conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control for legal matters. If pricing pages, dashboard estimates, or API responses conflict, the actual metering records in our system will generally control unless there is a clear error.

19. Service Changes

We may add, remove, modify, rename, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, endpoints, models, output formats, credit costs, rate limits, dashboard sections, integrations, or documentation at any time.

We will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical, but we may make changes without notice for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, provider changes, technical reasons, or urgent operational needs.

We are not liable for changes to the Service, including changes that affect your application, workflow, cost, output quality, or integration.

You are responsible for monitoring changelogs, documentation, and API behavior.

20. Beta and Experimental Features

Some features may be labeled alpha, beta, preview, experimental, early access, or similar.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, limited, or subject to change. They may have different credit costs, limits, output formats, retention practices, or availability.

You use beta features at your own risk and should not rely on them for critical production workflows unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

21. Availability and Support

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available access.

The Service may be unavailable or degraded due to maintenance, outages, upstream issues, internet failures, third-party service issues, legal restrictions, abuse prevention, or other causes.

Support may be provided by email, dashboard, documentation, or other channels. Unless we separately agree in writing, we do not provide guaranteed response times, uptime commitments, service-level agreements, or dedicated support.

For support, contact hello@blazeddigital.com.

22. Data Protection and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data.

By using Ohsee, you agree that we may process account data, usage data, Customer Inputs, Outputs, billing references, logs, and other data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you use Ohsee to process personal data on behalf of your own users, you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws, providing notices, obtaining consents where required, and ensuring that you have a lawful basis for processing.

You must not submit highly sensitive personal data, regulated health data, financial account data, government identification numbers, children’s data, biometric data, or other sensitive information unless you have confirmed that your use is lawful and appropriate for the Service.

23. Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information from Ohsee, including API keys, private dashboard information, unpublished feature details, pricing arrangements, security notices, or support communications.

You must protect such information and may not disclose it except as needed for authorized use of the Service or as required by law.

This does not apply to information that is public, already known to you without a confidentiality obligation, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.

24. Intellectual Property

Ohsee and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, APIs, dashboards, documentation, designs, systems, trade names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying systems of Ohsee except as allowed by law.

You may not use Ohsee’s name, logo, branding, or marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our written permission.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

25. Your Applications and End Users

If you integrate Ohsee into your own application, product, or service, you are responsible for that application and its end users.

You must provide your own terms, privacy notices, support, moderation, compliance, and user-facing disclosures where required.

You may not represent that Ohsee is responsible for your application, your end users, your outputs, or your customer relationships.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Ohsee does not violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or source website restrictions.

26. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Ohsee at any time.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to Ohsee if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your credit balance is insufficient
  • Your payment is disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or charged back
  • Your use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk
  • Your account appears compromised
  • You attempt to bypass metering, rate limits, or security controls
  • We are required to do so by law, court order, regulator, or payment provider
  • Continued service becomes impractical, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable

Upon termination, your right to access and use Ohsee ends immediately. We may delete, retain, or restrict account data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, fraud prevention needs, accounting requirements, and internal retention rules.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and privacy-related provisions.

27. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ohsee and its operator, suppliers, service providers, contractors, and personnel from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your Customer Inputs
  • Your Outputs or use of Outputs
  • Your application or end users
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of law or third-party rights
  • Your misuse of third-party content
  • Your breach of privacy, data protection, intellectual property, or source website obligations

We may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.

28. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohsee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or lawful to use
  • Sources will be available or accessible
  • Citations will remain available
  • Extracted content will be complete or error-free
  • Monitors will detect every change
  • Crawls will discover every page
  • Research outputs will include every relevant source
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Service will meet your specific business, legal, compliance, or technical needs

You are responsible for independently verifying outputs before relying on them.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohsee and its operator, suppliers, service providers, contractors, and personnel will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Loss of data
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Service interruption
  • Output errors
  • Third-party content
  • Unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials or API keys
  • Claims related to your use of Outputs or third-party web content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount actually paid for Ohsee credits used by your account in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

30. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you use the Service as a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law will control only to the extent required.

31. Export, Sanctions, and Restricted Use

You may not use Ohsee in violation of export control, sanctions, anti-terrorism, anti-money-laundering, or trade compliance laws.

You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any restricted party list that would prohibit us from providing the Service to you.

We may restrict access from certain regions, users, entities, industries, or use cases where required by law or risk controls.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the website, dashboard, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Ohsee after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

33. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@blazeddigital.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

34. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, pricing page, applicable documentation, and any written agreement signed by us, form the entire agreement between you and Ohsee regarding the Service.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of operator, or by operation of law.

Headings are for convenience only.
